Operational plan
The business and science books will be purchased from Libri, as they give discounts and offer attractive packages for the retailers.
For the other type of books including fiction, hobbies, children and story books will be purchased from agencies like Kmk, Cicero.
Language books will be supplied by editors like Harper Colllins and Bloomsbury. Textbooks will be purchased from Animus and Mozaik.
For the inventory control system we will buy software through which we can keep control of the day to day sales, quantity of stock ando also about the customers who visit us regularly.
