1.4. Entrepreneurs work more than managers.
There is this idea that entrepreneurs work a lot, which is true, but it should not be forgotten that managers, in serious companies based on efficiency, have to make significant effort to stay in the positions of responsibility they have or even to promote further on the hierarchical scale of the company. So, on this myth, I would say that it is untrue precisely because some work more, others less, others the same.And we should not forget another very important detail: it does not matter how much you work, in reality what matters are the results.
Reflection
Many times, when I see an entrepreneur working enormously (from morning to night and from Monday to Sunday), especially in a company that has several years of activity behind, I actually see an entrepreneur who has failed to make a delegation efficiency of tasks that cannot work well in the team, who has a defective time management.
