1. Capacities of the Entrepreneur
The role of a leader is to convince other people that certain ideas make sense, and that they must work for them. There are spiritual leaders, bosses, outstanding people etc ... But they all have a special characteristic, they know how to take their group to the goals that are imposed.
Leaders see opportunities at all times and know how to take advantage of the few opportunities to stand out and generate recognition or simply develop their work forward. Common characteristics of those who undertake and are leaders:
- Organization Capacity: A leader have to be able to develop an efficient organization of the tasks and the human resources.
- Accompaniment capacity: A leader must be able to accompany the processes that surround his environment from beginning to end, that is, he must have the ability to compromise with himself as well as for his group. Without abandoning your goals.
- Ability to take advantage of their potential: A true leader knows how to take advantage of their potential to exploit them on those around them in their environment; A leader must stand out, then he must take advantage of his potentialities in such a way that his capacity is superior.
