  • Self-confidence.
    Self-confidence is the ability of the individual to believe in himself, and in the possibility of achieving his personal goals.


  • Team work.
    It has to do with several organizational and coordination capacities, necessary to achieve the objectives set.

  • Achievement orientation.
    It is understood as the persistence to achieve personal goals and objectives, in this case, to start a business.

  • Commercial orientation.
    It has to do with the preference for interpersonal work relationships, which includes the ability to communicate and obtain the appropriate information to achieve the objectives pursued, or to generate collaborative relationships.

  • Assumption of risks.
    It supposes a predisposition not to avoid situations that imply uncertainty or potential risk.

  • Expectation of control.
    It is related to the ability of the person to take responsibility for their own actions.

  • Tolerance to frustration.
    It could be defined as the ability to persist in the behavior aimed at obtaining a result, despite the difficulties or delays that have to be faced.
