3.2. The micro-environment of the enterprise

The micro-environment of the company encompasses all the components with which it enters direct relationships dictated by the need to achieve its present and future goals. The micro-environment components are:

Suppliers of goods are represented by various economic agents who, on the basis of contractual relations, provide the enterprise with the necessary resources for raw materials, materials, goods, equipment, machinery, machinery etc. In contracting these agents, the enterprise must have information on the size of the offer and its quality, suppliers' prices, commercial policies, knowledge of some aspects related to the internal climate of the supplying enterprises - economic stability, technological discipline, other information on disturbing factors could affect the proper supply of the company.

4. Customers

This category includes:

Customers make up the circle of companies, institutions and individual carriages are offered for consumption / use of goods, produced by the enterprise.

5. Competition

Can be represented by companies or individuals who are disputing the same category of clients, and in frequent situations, the same suppliers or service providers. Competitors differ from each other by their role in relation to customers, their attitude to news, the forms of communication with users, the style of intervention on the market.

6. Public bodies

Represented by professional associations, consumers, public and local government bodies, to which businesses have legal obligations.
